The Barley Room story begins in 2004, when Scott and Jamie Bollinger enacted their dream of creating a local hangout dedicated to sharing with the neighborhood their love of food, malt beverages, distilled spirits and live entertainment. From the beginning our goal has been to provide these offerings to our guests in a comfortable and enjoyable setting, a setting devoted to customer loyalty, and service beyond compare. 

Over the years, we’ve been happy to invite our friends over for food and drinks, and have been even happier to welcome new friends to the hangout.
